Malokal has no control over the content of these external sites and assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. The inclusion of links does not necessarily imply a recommendation of all the content found within them.

7. B2B Commercial Services, Crypto Checkout (x402 Protocol) & Anti-Dust / No-Refund Policy

Purchasing visibility packages in the Malokal Directory and Editorial Guides (including Direct WhatsApp Button, Featured Place Cascade, and Venue Events Pro) constitutes a commercial Business-to-Business (B2B) transaction and an immediately executed digital service:

• All Sales Are Final: Once a B2B package is activated or verified on-chain, the digital service is immediately provisioned and is non-refundable.
• Strict Anti-Dust & Underpayment Policy: Our deterministic verifier (x402 Protocol on Base Mainnet, chainId: 8453) requires the exact quoted amount in official Circle USDC (0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4c7C32D4f71b54bdA02913). Any micro-transfers ("dust"), cent transfers, partial underpayments below the quoted price, or transfers on unsupported chains/tokens will NOT activate the service and are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, being forfeited as an anti-abuse administrative and network security fee.
• Administrative Fee on Eligible Duplicate Overpayments: In the exceptional case of a verifiable duplicate full payment exceeding 25 USDC (or $100,000 COP), the merchant may request within 48 hours either an equivalent time extension of their active package or a refund subject to a fixed 5.00 USDC (or $25,000 COP) administrative, gas, and gateway processing deduction.
• Ownership Verification & Strict Anti-Impersonation Quarantine: While the visual Featured Place Badge activates immediately over existing verified facts, attaching or changing a WhatsApp phone number (whatsapp_direct) requires matching the venue's official verified phone on record or passing ownership verification (corporate email domain, verified social handle, or OTP). Any attempt to register an unauthorized phone number to impersonate a third-party venue will be held in quarantine (pending_ownership_review) and permanently revoked without refund.
• Third-Party Reservation Disclaimer: Malokal acts strictly as an informational directory. All reservations, communications, or payments conducted via external WhatsApp links occur solely between the user and the merchant.
