The Popular al Parque Festival returns for its third edition with a vibrant lineup celebrating Colombian and Mexican popular music. Under the motto 'Herencia que vibra en presente' (Heritage that vibrates in the present), the event will bring together over 16 national and international acts, including Los Tucanes de Tijuana, Edwin Luna y La Trakalosa de Monterrey, Marbelle, Luisito Muñoz, and a heartfelt tribute to Yeison Jiménez. The festive and family-friendly atmosphere takes over Simón Bolívar Park, with two stages offering non-stop performances from noon until night.
The program includes local artists who are renewing the musical landscape, ensuring a diverse experience for all attendees. A massive turnout is expected, similar to the previous edition which surpassed 72,000 people. The festival is free and open to all ages, with food areas and complementary cultural activities.
We recommend arriving early to secure a good spot, wearing comfortable clothing, and bringing water. Simón Bolívar Park is accessible by public transport (TransMilenio stations Avenida 68 or Calle 63) and has nearby parking. Don't forget sunscreen and a jacket for the evening.
Organized by the District Institute of Arts (Idartes) in partnership with radio station La Kalle, Popular al Parque has become the most important free popular music event in Bogotá, promoting inclusion and access to culture for all citizens.
